SiriusPoint appoints Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer

HAMILTON, Bermuda. May 27, 2025 – SiriusPoint Ltd. (“SiriusPoint” or the “Company”) (NYSE: SPNT), a global specialty insurer and reinsurer, has today announced the appointment of Philip Enan as Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer, effective today.

Based in New York, Mr. Enan assumes a position on SiriusPoint’s Executive Leadership Team and reports to Chief Executive Officer, Scott Egan. Mr. Enan will lead the Company’s strategy development process, while exploring new investment opportunities and initiatives to support the near and long-term success of the Group.

Mr. Enan joins SiriusPoint from a 10+ year period at Chubb, where he worked as part of the Global Corporate Development Group and held the role of Executive Vice President, Global Corporate Development and Head of Strategic Partnerships. Prior to Chubb, Mr. Enan held roles at BMO Capital Markets, Piper Jaffray, and Deutsche Bank Securities, among others.
