Daniel Malloy, Interim Chief Executive Officer

Daniel Malloy is an experienced reinsurance professional, having worked in the industry for over 40 years, both as an underwriter and as a broker. Dan has had a long relationship with SiriusPoint and its predecessor, Third Point Re. Following the creation of SiriusPoint in 2021, Mr. Malloy served as the President of Global Distribution and Services, and prior to that he was the CEO of Third Point Re. He joined Third Point Re in 2012 and served as Executive Vice President of Underwriting and then Chief Underwriting Officer, before his promotion to CEO in 2019.

Before joining Third Point, Dan worked at Aon Benfield from 2003 where he co-led the Specialty Lines practice groups. Prior to this, he was President and a board member of Stockton Reinsurance Ltd. in Bermuda from 1998 to 2003. Dan began his reinsurance career in 1981 working as a reinsurance broker for Sedgwick Re for 12 years.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology from Dartmouth College.

Patrick Charles, Global Head of Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance & Services

Patrick Charles is Global Head of Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance & Services.

Patrick joined SiriusPoint in September 2021 as Head of Americas P&C Insurance to manage and grow the Company’s US P&C insurance business. He is responsible for the expansion of SiriusPoint’s strategic partnerships, development of products and services to support new and existing partnerships, execution of the Company’s global strategy and delivery of financial commitments for P&C insurance. Patrick’s role as Global Head of P&C Insurance & Services reflects his contribution to driving the growth of the Company’s P&C insurance business worldwide.

Patrick serves as a Board Member for a number of companies in the SiriusPoint strategic partnerships portfolio, within the Company’s Insurance & Services segment. These include Arcadian, Banyan Risk and Parameter Climate. Patrick joined SiriusPoint from Zurich Insurance Group, where he held North American leadership roles in underwriting and strategy spanning the past decade. During his previous 20+ years in the insurance industry, Patrick spent time at McKinsey & Company, Alliance Bernstein and the St. Paul Companies. He began his career as an actuary and is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society.

Monica Cramér Manhem, President, International Reinsurance

As part of the senior executive team at SiriusPoint, Monica Cramér Manhem serves as President of International Reinsurance.

Before the Sirius Group and Third Point Re merger, Monica was the President of Global Reinsurance at Sirius. She was also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sirius International Insurance Corporation, the largest reinsurance company in Scandinavia.

Monica, who joined Sirius in 1985, has been a Director of the Board since 2014. She has held several key underwriting positions throughout her career, including Business Unit Manager/Area Underwriter for Scandinavia, Southern Europe, Latin and Central America, and the Nordic Markets.

Between 1989 and 2014, Monica was also Head of the Outwards Reinsurance Department, responsible for all group retrocession purchasing.

She has also been instrumental in identifying and supporting initiatives to develop and strengthen the Sirius brand around the globe.

Monica holds a degree in International Business Administration from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. She is fluent in English, Swedish and French.

With her extensive market knowledge and insight into client needs, Monica successfully led Sirius Group and Sirius International Insurance Corporation through challenging market conditions by focusing on the maintenance of sustainable, profitable underwriting, and strengthening relationships.

Rachael Dugan, Chief Legal Officer

Rachael Dugan is Chief Legal Officer at SiriusPoint.

Rachael was formerly General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Reverence Capital Partners, a private investment fund based in New York.

She joined Reverence in 2019 after more than five years at Marsh & McLennan Companies (MMC), where she served as Chief Strategy and M&A Counsel. In that role, Rachael was responsible for overseeing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and other strategic transactions for MMC and its four operating companies (Marsh, Mercer, Guy Carpenter and Oliver Wyman) globally from a legal and compliance perspective. At MMC, Rachael also managed the securities compliance team that supports MMC's broker-dealer and investment advisory businesses.

Prior to MMC, Rachael was an associate in the M&A group at Sullivan & Cromwell, LLP (S&C) for more than six years. At S&C, Rachael advised numerous domestic and foreign clients in a range of public and private M&A transactions, joint ventures and other strategic transactions.

Rachael has a B.S. in Biology from Loyola College in Maryland, with honors, and J.D. from Columbia Law School, graduating as a Stone Scholar.

David Govrin, Global Chief Underwriting Officer and President, Americas Reinsurance

David Govrin is SiriusPoint’s Global Chief Underwriting Officer and President, Americas Reinsurance.

David brings 32 years’ industry experience to the SiriusPoint leadership team. He has a diverse background having split his career in various roles on the advisory side of the industry and risk taking across a range of products and sectors. His background includes reinsurance brokerage, investment banking, capital markets, private equity, and underwriting.

David has served in a variety of senior positions at Third Point Reinsurance and was most recently President of Third Point Reinsurance (USA) Ltd., a position he held since May 2019. He also served as Head of Business Development of Third Point Reinsurance, and began at Third Point Re in April 2017 as an Executive Vice President, Underwriting.

Prior to joining Third Point Re, he was a Vice President in Berkshire Hathaway’s Reinsurance Group for seven years and a key member of the underwriting team. Before joining Berkshire, David founded Hudson Insurance Capital Partners in 2007, a specialty insurance-focused private equity fund, and Sierra Re Advisors, a boutique reinsurance intermediary.

Prior to forming Sierra in 2006, David built his reinsurance career at Goldman Sachs (1997 - 2002) and Guy Carpenter (1989 - 1997), in addition to Citigroup and Ritchie Capital Management.

Before entering the reinsurance business in 1989, David spent three years in fixed income at Dean Witter Reynolds and began his career in 1985 as a commercial credit analyst at Horizon Bank.

David holds a BSBA in finance/real estate from the University of Denver, and an MBA in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Vievette M. Henry , Chief People Officer

Bringing 20 years of experience to the role of Chief People Officer, Vievette M. Henry is responsible for leading the People function for SiriusPoint and its approximately 1,200 staff members worldwide.

An experienced HR executive, Vievette has led successful global human capital strategies, organizational development and talent management programs for multinational companies. Her additional specialties include building inclusive organizational culture; diversity, equity and inclusion; internal talent development, mobility initiatives and succession management, and emerging women leadership development programs.

Vievette joins from American Insurance Group (AIG) in New York, where for the past three years she has served as Global Head of Talent, Organizational Effectiveness, and Chief Diversity Officer.

Prior to joining AIG in 2014, Vievette served as Executive Director, Strategic Human Resources Partner at Columbia University in New York. She previously held HR positions in Citigroup, JP Morgan Chase, Pfizer and Credit Suisse Investment Bank.

Based in New York, Vievette, holds a BA in Computer Science from Clarke University, and an MBA from Dowling College School of Business.

David W. Junius, Chief Financial Officer

David brings 23 years’ industry experience to the role of Chief Financial Officer, SiriusPoint.

He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Third Point Reinsurance Ltd. He joined the company in October 2020, from American International Group (AIG), where he was Chief Financial Officer for the international division of the General Insurance segment from 2018.

From 2016, David was AIG’s Corporate Treasurer, and from 2014 to 2016, he was Head of Capital Strategy for AIG’s Treasury Group.

Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President for the Asia Pacific division of AIG’s Property and Casualty segment, Managing Director of AIG Strategic Planning, and a Senior Political Risk Underwriter for AIG’s Trade Credit and Political Risk division.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Soviet Studies from Boston University, a Master of Arts in International Affairs from George Washington University, and an MBA in Analytical Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

He is Chairperson of the Finance Committee for the Parish of St. Catherine’s and St. Agnes in Riverside, CT and finance chair and Assistant Scout Master for BSA Troop 11.

Andreas Kull, Chief Risk Officer

Andreas brings over 20 years of experience in risk management and actuarial roles in the global property and casualty and life (re)insurance industry.

Prior to joining SiriusPoint, Andreas was the Chief Risk Officer of Bernina Re, an ILS reinsurer. As a member of the Executive Team, he led the enterprise risk management team and oversaw the build-up and development of the risk management and modelling functions.

Prior to Bernina Re, Andreas served as Chief Risk Officer and Executive Team member at Tokio Millennium Re, leading a global risk management and actuarial team. Before that he held the Chief Risk Officer position at AXA Winterthur. Andreas also has experience as an executive director at EY's Financial Services Risk Management practice, and has held risk management and actuarial roles at Converium (now Scor) and Zurich Insurance.

Based in Zurich, Andreas is a qualified actuary with CERA designation. He holds a PhD in Physics from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and a Master’s degree in Physics from the University of Bern.

Tom Leonardo, SVP and US Head of Accident & Health

Tom Leonardo is SiriusPoint’s SVP and US Head of Accident & Health and has worked in the group life and health industry since 1994, specializing in underwriting, pricing, and management of all aspects of accident and health insurance.

Tom joined from Sirius Group, where he was US Head of Accident and Health. Tom joined Sirius Group in 2012, with responsibility for launching the Sirius America initiative, whose primary goal was to move into the issuing carrier market while focusing on Employer Stop Loss and Special Risk business underwritten by managing general underwriters.

Tom began his insurance career in 1994 with Paul Revere Insurance Company, before moving to General Re as Assistant Vice President in 1996. In 2005, he joined ACE Tempest Re USA as Vice President, and then joined QBE the Americas in 2006 as Vice President. Before joining Sirius Group, Tom served as Chief Executive Officer of HRMP.

Stuart Liddell, Global President of Accident & Health

As part of the underwriting leadership team at SiriusPoint, Stuart Liddell is Global President of Accident & Health.

With over 30 years’ experience in the industry, Stuart is responsible for insurance and reinsurance in SiriusPoint's Accident & Health segment. Leading an international team, Stuart is instrumental in identifying and creating opportunities to develop SiriusPoint’s A&H business worldwide.

Before the Sirius Group and Third Point Re merger, Stuart was Global Head of Life, Accident and Health at Sirius, joining the company in 2002. Previously, Stuart was an Accident and Health underwriter at several Lloyd’s syndicates.

Stuart began his career as an A&H broker with Hogg, Robinson, Gardner and Mountain in 1989.

Stuart has a degree in Politics from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Darryl Siry, Chief Technology Officer

Darryl is Chief Technology Officer at SiriusPoint.

Darryl joined SiriusPoint in May 2021 to lead the Company’s technology integration and develop an efficient and scalable operating platform across the global business. Darryl is also responsible for the development of the MGA operating platform which supports SiriusPoint’s strategic partnerships, and for maximizing the value of SiriusPoint’s insurtech partnerships and investments.

Darryl serves as a Board Member for a number of companies in the SiriusPoint strategic partnerships portfolio, within the Company’s Insurance & Services segment. These include Avinew, LuckyTruck and Broker Buddha. Darryl joined SiriusPoint from ProSight Specialty Insurance Group, a specialty insurance company, where he served as Chief Technology and Operations Officer. At ProSight, he was responsible for leveraging technology and operations to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the ProSight Operating platform. As President of ProSightDirect, he launched an Insurtech platform that provided small business professionals with a simple insurance buying experience and a fully online end-to-end servicing platform. Prior to ProSight, Darryl ran Marketing, Sales, and Communications during the early growth stage at Tesla when the Roadster was launched. Prior to Tesla, Darryl held various executive roles at Fireman’s Fund / Allianz and started his career as a consultant at Mercer Management Consulting.

Ming Zhang , Chief Investment Officer

Ming Zhang is SiriusPoint’s Chief Investment Officer.

Ming was previously Chief Investment Officer of Third Point Reinsurance Ltd. Prior to joining Third Point Re, Ming served as Senior Vice President, Head of Insurance and Product Risk Management at MetLife Inc., with responsibility for MetLife’s global insurance risk management, product risk and pricing oversight, and product and case approvals.

Prior to joining MetLife, Ming worked at American International Group from 2011 to 2019, where he most recently served as Senior Managing Director, Chief Market Risk Officer, responsible for AIG’s global market risk management, strategy and oversight, while also heading AIG’s Group Internal Capital program and Portfolio Analytics for AIG Investments. Previous to AIG, Ming worked as an engagement manager at Oliver Wyman, covering financial services clients.

Ming holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor’s degree from Peking University.
