Sarah Smith is Interim Chief Human Resources Officer at SiriusPoint, where she leads the global people and culture agenda. She partners closely with the Board and Executive Leadership Team on talent, culture, organisational effectiveness, succession planning and workforce strategy.
Sarah brings more than 25 years of experience across international, regulated and publicly listed organisations. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale transformation initiatives, leadership development strategies and culture change efforts that have strengthened business performance.
Before joining SiriusPoint in 2023, Sarah held several senior HR leadership roles at Saga plc, including People Director and Interim HR Director.
Sarah is passionate about building high-performing, inclusive cultures where people can grow, succeed and deliver exceptional outcomes for customers, colleagues and shareholders.
